Work package 2 – Practicability of PALM-4U

The focus of the work package 2 will be on practical applications and the testing of suitability for practical use. Such an evaluation deals with the functionalities of PALM-4U, the user-friendliness of the GUI, training, services and support features as well as the application environment and conditions in the user organization. The cooperation with our practice partners from [UC]² - Phase 1 will be continued and enhanced. In an intensive user dialogue, these practice partners will be integrated as well as new, smaller municipalities and other users.

From the perspective of different user types, the model will be tested and evaluated in different application fields and the findings will be reflected in the model development. The findings will also flow into the development of training offers, consulting and service offers and operator models in the future.
