Work package 6 – Community building & knowledge transfer

In order to guarantee PALM-4Us uptake in (municipal) practice and to ensure a successful continuation strategy, effective knowledge transfer and the establishment of a community of practice (CoP) is of eminent importance. This work package is concerned with the internal and external communication, knowledge transfer and community building. We will explore further possibilities for an international use case, for example in Brasil and China.
